(FOR EXAMPLE: I JUST TOOK MY FIRST LONG VACATION IN 4 YEARS. SO MY LINE MOVED UP LITTLE BETWEEN JANUARY 20 AND FEBRUARY 5.)
Todd Clark, the top-rated ActiveRAIN blogger both in Oregon and the nation, was left off the previous posting of this graph. I left him out not just because his point total so clearly shows the rest of us up (though it does) but because including him truncated the rest of the graph. This time I've included Todd but I've docked him 650 points. That still shows him in first place -- and doesn't compress the rest of us terribly. Doing this does allow everyone to see Todd's rate of progress....and why his first-place ranking in Oregon is so secure.
The chart only goes back to May, 2009. That's as long as I've been blogging in the RAIN. I wrote down the points of the page one Oregon REALTOR bloggers when I first started. I was probably on page 23 or something. I only started recording the totals of other Oregon bloggers much later. I'm delighted to now be in the state's top eleven. But I am keenly aware that status could be temporary.
