The number of Closed Sales in Ferry Street Bridge during FEBRUARY was
slightly above the averge level of the previous five years
while the inventory of Active Listings was down.
But the inventory was not down as close to pre-boom levels as in some other Eugene market areas.
The Average Price is slowly improving - for the second straight year.
Average Price looks to be at about the level it would have been
if the boom and bust had not taken place.
