Sales were down in August here. September data will appear this week.
This is a rural/outlying city area. It has high inventory/MOI. All our other rural areas do, too.

These are very late. I've really just been getting ready for the new RMLS data for September to come out this week.
But at least I've got a concept going that doesn't take me forever to do each one.
