WE are fortunate that the percentage of regular sales is high. But for rural properties the inventory is very high.
I bet you are the only one who makes pretty pretty graphs for Central Lane County Rural areas and I bet the residents APPRECIATE THAT!! Very nice market report!

What a really nice "picture" of the market Jim. Great job with the graphs and they seem to show that foreclosures and short sales are slimming and traditional sales increasing. Great news.
