Milestones in the (Active)RAIN: Going up in points (and down in monthly fees to AR)

With this post I pass 400,000 points on ActiveRAIN.

It's been two years this week.

It's been just over 1000 posts - most of which have been local market data...for the 19 MLS areas here in Lane County, Oregon.

It's been a lot of fun.

It's been a lot of learning.

There is a recent AR corporate post that lays it out:  rate declines at 100,000 point intervals until you reach the 500,000 point level at which you pay no monthly fee.

Congratulations and you forgot to mention how many friends have been made here in the rain as well my friend. Sorry you couldn't make it last Saturday, missed you! Will have pictures to you in the next couple days and "Wow, that was powerful" is about all I can say about both Friday and Saturday's events... Can't wait to go back again.

I am sorry I missed your milestones.  Hopefully we can go sometime.  And we may be regular workers there soon.

Jim, Congratulations! I have along way to go to get to free or ven lower fees. How much time do you spend on posting? I just started with activerain again and barely making 10,000. So kudos, to all your hard work!
